Mayonnaise Cake
Oh no! Someone has called you saying they need a last minute dessert for a church function! Mayonnaise Cake, an old-time dessert will make you say, "Sure! I can do that!" This very moist, delectable, and very easy cake will make everyone happy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Stir together dry ingredients. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in a well-greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-40minutes.
