I have a story to tell and I LOVE to tell the story.
I love talking life with all of you. It gives me great joy to gather a group together so all of us can see the world with fresh eyes and find the better than ever hope Jesus has to offer each of us. And It’s always better when we can talk in person. After a speaking event, we can sit around a table with our beverage of choice and share our God stories, our struggles and our dreams, our joys and our victories.
Several of you have shared that you would like to have me speak in your community: whether it’s your church, Christian group, or school or civic group. I’d like to do that too!
You can find a sample of my speaking topics on the speaking page of my website. But I thought it might be helpful to put a list of my speaking options in a blog post. That way, you can do a copy and paste into a Word Document, and then print it out to share with your leadership or planning committee. I also have publicity sheets available upon request. Contact me here.
I’m organizing my speaking roster for the next year. If you are interested in having me speak for you group, please contact me here.
If you would like to share my backstory with your group, you can access that story here.

CREATIVE SPEAKING VENUES
If the common model of a speaker at a platform doesn’t work for you, here are some creative ways I can still connect with your group.
Zoom: I’m available to speak to your gathering through Zoom meetings.
“Meet The Author” Open House: It’s easy. Invite a combination of friends, neighbors, family, and church friends to your house for a celebration. It could even be a celebration of your birthday. Plan appetizers, dessert, or tea and cookies. Add in the invitation, “I have this friend with an incredible story and she’s written a book about it. I’d like you to meet her.” (I have done several “meet the author” events. They’re wonderful: casual, informal, and can be evangelistic in nature. These could be done in person or through Zoom.
What I Saw Today Get Away: Gather a group of friends for a Saturday morning getaway at your favorite piece of nature in your corner of the world. I’d love to work with you to plan a program of taking a fresh look at God’s creation. I can then provide a talk at the end of your morning together via Zoom or in person. This could also work for children or teenaged students.
